Microneedle Patch R&D & Manufacturing
CDMO · OEM · ODM · CRO · PRIVATE LABEL
Connect formulation research, prototype sampling, pilot evaluation and batch documentation for cosmetic microneedle manufacturing.
Cosmetic-oriented development. Feasibility, safety evidence and target-market classification guide every project.
A bridge between the lab
and your manufacturing brief.
Our integrated project approach links formulation feasibility, prototype sampling, specification confirmation and commercial production planning. The broader HYTANBIO platform includes peptide analytical and preparative systems and a Shaoxing production base.
A microneedle patch needs its own process review. Available equipment alone does not confirm an approved method, capacity, sterile status or finished-product performance. The production plan follows the defined product and agreed quality requirements.

Five gates toward commercial readiness.
Define the brief
Application, target market, ingredient direction and commercial priorities.
Review feasibility
Classification, array, formulation and testing requirements.
Evaluate prototypes
Review handling, appearance, structure and packaging fit.
Validate the pilot
Confirm agreed specifications and process consistency.
Prepare scale-up
Finalize quality release, artwork, batch records and export coordination.
What quality planning should cover.
- Material specifications and supplier documentation
- Formula version, array design and approved tooling
- Prototype and pilot evaluation records
- Defined test methods and acceptance criteria
- Packaging specifications, artwork and label approval
- Batch identification, release records and agreed retention strategy
- Change control and handling of nonconforming material
Documentation for global brand teams.
Project deliverables may include agreed specifications, raw-material information, selected analytical reports, quality records and export documentation. The scope depends on product classification, market requirements and contractual responsibilities.
ISO 9001:2015 and cosmetic GMP principles provide useful supplier-qualification questions. Verify the actual certificate scope and facility before making ISO 22716, GMP-certified or sterile marketing claims. Manufacturing documentation does not replace importer or brand obligations.
Discuss the right development stage.
What does HYTANBIO Microneedle Patch Lab develop?
We support cosmetic-oriented dissolvable microneedle patch R&D, OEM, ODM, CRO and CDMO projects. Each proposed design, intended use and claim needs a target-market classification review before commercialization. Pharmaceutical and medical-device development is outside this website’s service scope.
Can I request prototype samples before a bulk order?
Yes. Share your patch format, ingredient direction, target market and project stage. Prototype feasibility, sample quantity, charges and timing are confirmed in a project-specific quotation. Samples are for evaluation and do not establish commercial readiness.
Can patch shape, array design and formulation be customized?
Custom development can cover patch contour, array arrangement, matrix, ingredient system and packaging. Technical feasibility and safety evidence determine which options can move forward. There is no universal cosmetic-safe needle height.
What is the minimum MOQ for microneedle patch OEM?
MOQ depends on tooling, formula, packaging and the validation plan. Prototype, pilot and commercial quantities are quoted separately. We do not publish an unverified fixed minimum or promise free samples.
Which documents can be discussed for a project?
A project brief can specify raw-material information, agreed specifications, test summaries, batch traceability, packaging data and market-support documentation. Exact deliverables, certification scope and responsibilities are confirmed before contract approval.

patch concept to the lab.
Share the application, ingredient direction, target market and expected volume. We’ll turn your brief into a clear development conversation.
